Expathway shares relocation and travel information, stories, and resources. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Use the site and you agree to them.

It is not legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed attorney or qualified advisor. 1. Who we are

Expathway is a product of OYE Creations LLC ("we", "us", "Expathway"). These terms govern your use of expathway.com and the content, links, and tools we publish there (the "Service"). If anything here is unclear, reach us at oyecreations@proton.me before you rely on it.

2. What the Service does

Expathway shares firsthand relocation and travel experience, curated links to official resources and recommended gear, and general guidance for people moving across cities and countries. It is a starting point for your own research. It is not an immigration service, a law firm, a tax preparer, or a financial advisor, and we do not file paperwork or represent you with any government or agency.

3. Not legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice

This is the most important thing on this page, so we will say it plainly:

Everything on Expathway is general information, not advice for your specific circumstances.
Immigration, visa, residency, and tax rules change often and vary by country, and they may not apply to your situation the way you expect.
We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, eligibility, or any outcome, including visa approval, residency, work authorization, or admission of any kind.

You are responsible for the choices you make and the actions you take based on what you read here.

4. Eligibility

Expathway is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. Accounts

Expathway does not require an account, and there is no login or stored user profile. If we add account features in the future, we will update these terms and explain how they work.

6. Acceptable use

Use Expathway for your own personal, lawful relocation and travel research. In particular, don't:

Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Scrape, copy, or republish our content in bulk without our written permission.
Use the Service to mislead others or to present our general information as professional advice.

7. Outbound and affiliate links

Expathway links to outside resources, including official government pages and recommended products. Some product links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies. Following a link is at your own discretion.

8. No paid features

Expathway is free to read and use. We do not sell subscriptions or charge for access to the Service, so there is nothing to bill and no refunds to process. If that ever changes, we will update these terms with clear pricing and refund details before any charge applies. Any commission we earn comes from affiliate links described above, not from you.

9. Ownership

The Expathway name, writing, design, branding, and original content are owned by OYE Creations LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may read and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content beyond normal personal use without our written permission.

10. No guarantee and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OYE Creations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on any information here, including denied applications, missed deadlines, financial loss, or any relocation outcome. You rely on the information at your own risk and remain responsible for verifying it independently.

11. Termination

You can stop using Expathway at any time. We may suspend or limit access if you misuse the Service or violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive after you stop using the Service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New Mexico, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
