What we collect, and what we never do.

Expathway is a relocation and travel resource. We collect very little, we are honest about how it is handled, and we never sell your data. Full stop.
1. Who we are
Expathway is a product of OYE Creations LLC ("we", "us", "Expathway"). This policy covers expathway.com and the content, links, and tools we publish there. If you have questions, reach us at oyecreations@proton.me.
2. What we collect
Expathway is mostly a read-and-explore site. You can browse our stories, resources, and relocation links without giving us anything. We collect only what is described below.

We do not require an account, and Expathway has no login, no user profiles, and no stored relocation files. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
3. Outbound and affiliate links
Expathway links to outside resources: official government pages, social platforms, newsletters, and recommended travel gear. Some product links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Once you follow a link off Expathway, you are on someone else's site, governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We encourage you to read it.
4. The social feed
Our homepage shows recent posts pulled from public feeds (such as YouTube, Bluesky, and a newsletter). These are fetched from those platforms' own public sources and shown to you. Loading that content may involve a request to those platforms, which is subject to their own privacy practices.
5. Who we share data with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run Expathway and share only what each needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare - hosting, content delivery, security, and approximate region detection for language.
- OYE Creations network services - the shared chat and regional infrastructure that powers the OYE family of sites.
We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
6. International visitors
Expathway is read by people relocating across borders, so our audience is international by nature. Wherever you are, we aim to handle the little data we collect carefully and to honor your privacy rights.
7. How long we keep it
We keep messages you send us only as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of our correspondence. Technical data used for security and language is short-lived and is not retained to build a profile of you. You can ask us to delete any message you have sent us at any time.
8. Your rights
- Access any personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete messages or data you have given us.
To make a request, email oyecreations@proton.me. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or the CCPA (California). We honor those rights for everyone.
9. Age
Expathway is intended for adults aged 18 and older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Cookies
We use only the essential cookies and local storage needed to keep the site working and to remember your basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Expathway after a change means you accept the updated policy.
